 The fee for a standard 50-minute session is $165 tax included.

Payment is made by e-transfer, credit card or cash, and I provide a professional receipt for you to make your claim to insurance, if applicable. Please note that registered social work services are considered a medical expense for income tax purposes. 

I offer counselling to adults (18+). 

Counselling sessions are currently offered in person on Mondays and Wednesdays in the West Toronto area, near the TTC Jane station. Also, by phone or video on Monday to Thursdays. 

If you require immediate assistance, please call 911 or  visit your local Emergency Department. The suicide crisis line 9-8-8 is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Therapy is safe place to share your thoughts and feelings and is subject to the laws and practices pertaining to confidential health information.  No information will be shared with anyone without your expressed, written and signed consent, except when required to do so by law or the rules set out by my governing body.
